This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship, how long orders take, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Where we ship

We ship within the United States. At this time we do not offer international shipping. If we add new destinations, we will update this policy.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day. During new product launches, promotions, and peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

3. Shipping methods, rates, and transit time

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order. Once your order leaves our facility, typical transit time is 2 to 7 business days depending on your location and the service selected.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

4. Order tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating. If you created an account, you can also view your order status by logging in.

5. Shipping address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incomplete or incorrect address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Weather and perishable products

Our products are food items. In very hot conditions, we may time shipments or adjust packaging to help protect quality during transit. Because carriers and weather are outside our control, we cannot guarantee against every temperature variation, but our products are shelf stable and made to travel well.

7. Delays

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in the carrier's hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a shipment is significantly delayed, contact us at suggafoot90@gmail.com and we will help you follow up with the carrier.

8. Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier receives your order. This means that, from the moment of carrier handoff, the order is in transit at the carrier's responsibility. We will still help you resolve any problem as described below.

9. Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

Damaged on arrival. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund under our Refund Policy.

Marked delivered but missing. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your order, please check with your household and your local carrier first, then contact us so we can help.

Lost in transit. If tracking stalls and your order does not arrive, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or make it right.

10. Wholesale and retail shipping

Wholesale, retail, and bulk shipments are arranged under the separate terms of your wholesale agreement or invoice and are not governed by this Shipping Policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
