We want you to love every bottle. Because our products are perishable food items, this Refund Policy explains when we offer refunds and replacements and how to request one. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Perishable food items
Our dressings and marinades are perishable food products. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products, and we cannot resell any product once it has shipped. Please do not mail products back to us unless we ask you to.
This does not limit your rights for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, which are covered below.
2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or with the wrong items, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at suggafoot90@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photos of the product, the damage, and the shipping box if it was damaged.
Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. You will not be asked to pay return shipping for a damaged, defective, or incorrect order.
3. Order cancellations and changes
We move quickly to ship orders, so the window to change or cancel an order is short. If you need to cancel or update an order, contact us as soon as possible at suggafoot90@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel or update it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and the order will fall under the rest of this policy.
4. Refunds
When a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. We refund the price of the affected product. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the entire order is canceled before shipment or when an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Items that are not eligible
The following are not eligible for refund or return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed, except where damaged or defective on arrival.
- Final sale or clearance items, where marked.
- Gift items or promotional items received at no charge.
6. Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with members of your household and your local carrier. If you still cannot find it, contact us at suggafoot90@gmail.com and we will help. How we handle packages that are lost in transit is described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Gifts
If you received a Suggafoot product as a gift and it arrived damaged or defective, contact us at suggafoot90@gmail.com with photos and any order details you have, and we will help arrange a replacement.
8. Wholesale and retail orders
Wholesale, retail, and bulk orders are governed by the separate terms of your wholesale agreement or invoice, not by this Refund Policy. For wholesale questions, please use our wholesale contact channel.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
