Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups baby greens
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup finely sliced scallions
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup homemade crunchy fried wonton strips
  • 1–2 cups shredded chicken, optional
  • Suggafoot's Asian Sesame Salad Dressing, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine lettuces, greens, cabbages, carrots, scallions, and optional chicken in a large bowl.
  2. Toss lightly with Suggafoot's Asian Sesame Salad Dressing.

  • 8 oz noodles
  • 2–3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 Tbsp oil or butter

Directions

  1. Cook noodles; drain.

  • 1–2 lb Scottish or wild salmon fillet
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pat salmon dry and place on the prepared sheet, skin-side down.
  3. Brush with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
